(Source: Livemint) Here are the details of the deal: 1) Its a traunched investment based on milestones 2) The deal was being discussed since march this year and got verbally confirmed prior to proto.in. 3) The termsheet and agreement was signed post proto.in More details when we have an interview with the Founders up tomorrow.
