The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has booked suspended J&K Police DSP Davinder Singh under the Arms Act and the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA), according to sources. J&K DSP Davinder Singh, was caught in south Kashmir while ferrying two militants to Jammu on January 11. Davinder Singh was alleged to have been ferrying the militants from the Shopian area, possibly out of the Valley.A Case registered under sections 18, 19, 20 and 38, 39 of the UAPA. An NIA team will likely be going to Kashmir on Monday. According to sources, DSP Davinder Singh may be brought to Delhi for interrogation.
