Dear Industry Colleague,                                                                                                                 21th FEB 2023       Greetings from NAREDCO!   You are one of the stalwarts  in the finance & investment Sector, It is our pleasure to invite you to our first ever 'NAREDCO Finance Conclave' on 3rd March, 2023 at Hotel Pullman, Aero City, New Delhi.   National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO), an Apex Industry body under the aegis of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Government of India has been working as a continuous knowledge sharing forum, representing the industry with the Government Ministries and Authorities, for Industry grievances, policy advocacy, implementation and advocate various industry requirements from time to time.   NAREDCO has recently formed a National Level Finance Committee composed of leading Financial Institutions, Investment Bankers, Specialized Funds, NBFCs, PEs, Lending Consultants and Banks, headed by the Committee Chairman, Shri Sathish Kumar M. The focus of the Committee is to make available the required finances for all segments of Real Estate, across the Country.   NAREDCO is trying to bring all Financial Institutions on one platform and assist the Builders / Developers and Real Estate Industry with their financial requirements. This Conclave is curated to bridge the demand and supply of the financial needs and also highlight the various financial constraints faced by the Real Estate Industry.   The main objective of the Conclave is to facilitate funds for -   1. New projects 2. Stressed and stalled projects 3. Creating new age banking product specialized for Real Estate 4. Creating new age banks and specialized funds for Real Estate   The event will feature the launch of NAREDCO Fund City and the signing of MOUs with banks, VCs and other fund houses, which will be a major milestone for the real estate industry in India. Fund City is a unique financing body that aims to provide a one-stop solution for financing new and stalled real estate projects. The NAREDCO Finance Conclave will facilitate the signing of MOUs by multiple funding institutions, which will open up new vistas for financing real estate projects.
